On the 17th August 2009 a video tape was released featuring Grey's Anatomy, Eric Dane. The star who plays Dr. Mark Sloan on the medical drama show was allegedly caught in a sex video along with "loving" wife Rebecca Gayheart and a former Miss Teen USA winner, Kari Anne Peniche.

How the celebrity managed to act so stupid and reckless I'll never know, but I think we can all be sure the paps have got a good laugh at this as it's been wizzing around the internet for the last two days and spreading like bloody wildfire.
The video footage, which was originally 12 minutes in length but was then editted and cut down to three was uploaded to a website known as Gawker, encompasses Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Anne Peniche having some kind of sexual interaction.
However, it seems like the group weren't just getting funky under the covers but they were also intoxicated as you can hear Rebecca Gayheart say that she has to lie down because she is "so high" during the video.
It is unclear at this point what the reprucutions will be for Eric Dane who has been on Grey's Anatomy for the past two seasons running. It seems that he has not yet filed any legal complaints and no lawyers have asked for the footage to be taken down as they usually do in these sort of situations.
