Okay, surfergeorge1321, I will indulge in your question. 
Well, if you want to put them into types, I would say that Biollante would make an excellent "Grass-type" "Kaijumon." It could start out in Rose Form, and then it could "evolve" into it's Final Form (of course, if this happened, Biollante could easily overpower the other two I chose - even if fighting both of them at the same time).
I would actually change your other starters though. Godzilla doesn't seem like a good starter, nor a "real" Water-type. Seems more dragon to me - Maybe a Water/Dragon-type? It would also have to start off as Minilla, so it could evolve as well (Into Godzilla Junior, and then into Godzilla - King of the Monsters hehehe). I would probably replace it as a starter for Titanosaurus instead. It seams way more water-esque, and starter friendly.
I would also switch out Rodan, since it can't use it's Uranium Heat Beam until it turns into Fire Rodan (another evolution opportunity ). I would instead replace it for Baragon, who can breath fire from the very beginning.
So, my recommended starters would be:
Biollante (Rose Form) - Grass/(Water, maybe?) -> Biollante (Final Form) - Grass/(Poison?)
Baragon - Fire/Ground
Titanosaurus - Water
Mothra Larva, and Battra Larva could represent the Caterpie family, and Weedle family, respectively; as they could "evolve" into Mothra (in representation of Butterfree), and Battra (in representation of Beedrill). The Mewtwo of the game would best be represented by SpaceGodzilla, but I think, if you are familiar with the newest additions to the Pokémon franchise, that it would better represent Giratina. It seems that it would be a Psychic/Dragon type to me (and since SpaceGodzilla and Giratina both have have alternate forms). I have no idea where the Godzilla family would fall though. I would say maybe instead of the Dragonite family, but I think that Destroyah forms would be better, but I don't know. The Destroyah's Final Form would probably best be represented as Dark/Flying instead of Dragon/Flying. Destroyah is pretty evil.
Oh, and there are a lot more kaiju than you might think. I know a site that might interest you kaiju-wise.
